Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. All prints are carefully packaged and sent in a postal tube to destinations all over the world.

*International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country’s government. Any additional fees including but not limited to duties and taxes are not covered by our free-of-charge shipping when your order is placed.

Any such additional charges must be paid by the recipient/customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office regarding these policies including duties and taxes.

What is the estimated production time to create the print?

All Photographic prints are custom ordered. Production time is 5 to 7 working days from the day of order.

What is the estimated shipping time from your studio in Sydney?

  • Australia-wide shipping please allow approx 7-10 business days

  • Rural areas can take up to 2 weeks.

  • International shipping varies from 10 working days up to 14 working days depending on the country.

Is my parcel tracked?

Yes. Parcel delivery is tracked and a signature is required on delivery. This is a reliable service that I have used for several years without issues. DHL is our most loved shipping agent.
Once your item is posted I will send you an email that includes your tracking information. We make sure the parcel is handled with the utmost care for safe delivery.

Do you offer framing?

I only offer framing to clients who reside in Sydney, Australia. They can contact me via email to arrange framing options. We then decide on the best option for collection or delivery.

*No refunds or returns are accepted unless the artwork is significantly damaged in transit and this is proven.

*Louisa Seton does not accept any responsibility for damaged photographic prints once the item(s) have left her premises.

*Louisa Seton does not accept any responsibility for lost photographic prints in the post or via the parcel service she uses. Once the item(s) have left her premises you will be emailed the tracking number for your parcel. It is up to you to follow the tracking details of your parcel until it is safely in your hands. It is imperative that if a parcel is lost you let me know as soon as possible so I can report it missing to the parcel company or post office. If it is more than 3 weeks from the date of sending and you do not email to let me know you haven’t received it then you may find that the postal service may not be able to trace or recover your parcel. The sooner this is reported the better for us all so it can be recovered.
